Gai Jatra Festival In Kathmandu

Gai Jatra Festival is celebrated to remember the death of people who are departed during a year. 

The bereaved families send people in the forms of cow so that they can roam the valley in the memories of the deceased souls. Insofar, it is also believed that the entrance of Mrityu Log is closed for the year and it will be opened on the day when Gai Jatra is celebrated. In that condition, on this day, the departed souls will get emancipation after the day is celebrated. It is written in Garud Purana.  

imilarly, on the day, the tails of cows are tied by the threads with the belief that the departed souls can easily cross the Baitarni River after their deaths.

It is the day which is celebrated every year on Bhadra Krishna Pratipada by organizing various programs. In the same, the various events are also organized so that the existing follies can be mocked and satire too.  To mark Gai Jatra, people across the country are celebrating the day. 

The day is marked on Bhadra Krishna Pradipada. So the day is observed by remembering those who are deceased in the year. So the day is also celebrated so that the bereaved families can remember the departed soul. In the Gai Jatra, the people from family are decked as the cow so that they can roam the valley. This is the way how Gai Jatra is celebrated.

Jai Jatra is a traditional festival which is celebrated in the three districts of the valley. So far, the day is celebrated by remembering the deceased soul and for the departed soul to be rested in peace in heaven. The day was started by King Pratap Malla on the death of his son and to console his wife. Insofar, the day is also celebrated by making the programs so that the satire and mocking can be done to the existing follies of the society. On the day, there are crowd of people who have visited in Baantapur and in many other places.  

This is the festival which is celebrated in the commemoration of the death of people during a year. In the festival the cows are marched in the streets. In the same the people also celebrate the day by distributing the foods to others.

PYTHON EATS COBRA

The jungle life  cannot be expected to be free and secured. Threats from the wild beast make the jungle life very hard to survive.

In the video Python and cobra are battling for their lives. It is certain that these are the venomous but still the war has waged. 

The Pythonidae are commonly known simply as pythons. The word has come from the Greek word python, and they are a family of non-venomous snakes found in Africa, Asia and Australia.

Among its members are some of the largest snakes in the world.The pythons are said to be non venomous but still cannot be said as powerless. They catch their prey by squeezing them until the beating of heart does not stop. So far, eight genera and 26 species are currently recognized till now.

These are the predators that can remain motionless in a camouflaged position and they strike on the prey after they find one. They will not attack human beings unless provoked.

However the females are very much aggressive and so there are also the reports which show that the human beings were once more common in South and Southeast Asia. In the same, the cobras are also venomous snakes in the earth.

They can reach 18 feet (5.5 meters) in length and they are the longest of all poisonous snakes. In the video, it is also shown that the cobra and python both of them fight with each other in such a way that they wanted to win the battle.

Winning the battle means that each of them wants to live. But in each of the game, it is a truth that there are two aspects of every matter. Hence, the cobra has to accept that he has lost the war waged and so it is a tragic death of the cobra and a victory for the python.

DINESH ADHIKARI'S (CHARI) GIRLFRIEND KHUSBU REVEALS THE SECRET BEHIND CHARI'S DEATH IN POLICE ENCOUNTER

Dinesh Adhakari known as (Chari) was shot dead wednesday in police encounter. The firing was done from both side and was initiated by Chari. 

Police had shot eight rounds of fire to Chari among which only two were on the the target.On the other side Chari’s so called girl friend Khusbu Oli had said that the encounter is preplanned. 

She had noticed different hints of the plan to kill chari from six months. Here is the video interviewed by ABC television with Khusbu Oli.

3 MONTH OLD BABY,S CRIES SAVE SELF,MOTHER

It was a miracle when a three-month-old baby helped in rescuing himself alongwith her mother from the debris in Malin village where a landslide has so far claimed 51 lives.

The  three-month-old baby boy, was crying under the mud debris that caught the attention of the rescue workers, who swung into action and took the mother-son out from their ravaged home.

The rescue team followed a loud cry from a tin shed house which was completely covered with mud. The baby’s cries alerted the team and he alongwith his mother were rescued.

According to reports, Rudra’s mother was feeding him when the landslide hit the village. Eight hours later, they were pulled out from the debris. Rudra’s mother said that she had shouted for help but no one heard her but her baby’s cries has saved their lives.

On the other hand, the death toll in the Malin village landslide disaster has surged to 51 with recovery of ten more bodies till Thursday last night.

The deceased included 22 women, 23 men and six children, an official at the control room said. So far, eight injured persons have been rescued and they are being treated at nearby hospitals.

Rescuers comprising over 300 personnel of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) continued to look for survivors under the huge mound of debris as signs of life slowly dimmed 48 hours after the village in Ambegaon taluka was flattened in the fury of nature.
